Downloading PDFs

The Guide Book to Gift Books and our Bulletin Dozens are available as printer-friendly PDF (Portable Document Format) files. In order to view or print PDF files, you must use a software application called Adobe Acrobat Reader. This application is available for free from the Adobe Acrobat Free Reader web page.

Step 1.
Check to see if you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your hard drive. If not, visit the Adobe Acrobat Free Reader web page and follow the instructions for your computer system.

Step 2.
Choose the document that you wish to download in PDF format.

Step 3.
When the PDF file you selected has downloaded completely to your computer, start the Adobe Acrobat Reader application and open the file. (Some browsers will automatically start the reader for you.) You may then view or print the file. For best results when printing, please select the Shrink To Fit checkbox on your print dialog screen.
